What’s Been Going On

March 14, 2009

It has been busy here these last few weeks. Here’s what has been going on:

Megan had pretty serious surgery on Thursday. It went great and it looks like everything with that is now behind us – praise God.

Many people have been bringing us meals – I probably need to go for a few runs next week.

Franklin Academy baseball is in full swing (pun intended). We’re 1-1 so far and much, MUCH improved from last year.

Midterms have also started – these are the weeks where my actual practice (desiring to just get the work overwith) sometimes conflicts with my stated belief (that I am motivated by the Gospel in all things.) By Wednesday, everything should be lighter, but hopefully my motivation is not determined by quantity of work.

In a few weeks I’ll be headed back to Mexico through the seminary.

Megan and I have realized that following graduation we could be anywhere in the world – very exciting.
